Returns
We want you to love NoxShot and our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@noxshot.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable.

• We cannot issue refunds for opened or partially used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

 
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.

 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@noxshot.com with photos, and we will replace it at no extra cost.
